Welcome to BabyStorey. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
- Guidelines to the use our Platform and/or Services: You agree to comply with any and all the guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions pertaining to the use of the Services and/or access to our Platform, as well as any amendments to the aforementioned, issued by us, from time to time. We reserve the right to revise these guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions at any time and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on our Platform.
2.BabyStorey reserves the right to cancel or reject any order that we have received through our Platform and refund the payment to you without prior notice.
- Prices of Products: We reserve the right to amend the Listing Prices on our Platform at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.
- Defective Products/ Damaged Item: In the event a product or order received is defective/damaged/incomplete, the buyer is required to inform BabyStorey within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, BabyStorey will either arrange an exchange or a full refund after the item has been returned. BabyStorey reserves the right not to be liable for any defects/ damages/ claims on items/orders received not as described after 7 days of receipt.
- Product Warranties: Some products sold on our Platform are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product comes with warranty, and is damaged during the manufacturer warranty period, you will be directed to the appropriate service centre/ manufacturer for repairs.
- Return & Exchange: it’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase from BabyStorey. We will exchange any unused item provided it is returned in its original, sealed and undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 7 days from receipt of goods. However, the above would not apply to items for personal use. This includes breastpumps, toiletries, etc..
- Refund: All items sold are non-refundable except for items with manufacturing defects which will be replaced or refunded based on a case-by-case basis. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, with all tags in place and Customer has to email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days of purchase.

Refund &return policy
- Item is purchased within 30 days.
- All original tags/labels/seals attached, intact and unbroken.
Ecchange/Returns not possible when:
- Item has been personalized or used
- Attempt has been made to repair any defect of the item
- Sales or discounted items
For hygiene purposes, All purchase are non-refundable for merchandise categorized under bedding & feeding items(unless faulty) are strictly non – refundable and non – exchangeable. All merchandise sold as promotional sales items are not covered in the excnhange policy. All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Baby Storey and any decision made by company is final.
